Dr. Lauren Golden
Dr. Lauren Golden is the owner and chiropractic physician at Golden Family Chiropractic with a special passion for prenatal and pediatric care. Her vision is to offer Charlotte, North Carolina area women with holistic pregnancy wellness support. She already has extensive experience in the chiropractic space and is continually investing in additional education, training and certification necessary to establish a pregnancy wellness center at her current Steele Creek location.
Dr. Lauren was born and raised in Scranton, PA and attended Pennsylvania State University for her Bachelor of Arts and Science. Dr. Lauren then furthered her education at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. Following her doctorate at Sherman College, she took an 180-hour course to receive her ICPA certification - expanding her ability to perform assessments and adjustments in various stages from pregnancy, birth, infancy, into early childhood.
Dr. Lauren is also a trained birth doula and received her certification through DONA International. She is a BIRTHFIT™ Coach helping pregnant women know how to workout safely and a Certified Fertility Coach, which focuses on helping women conceive naturally.
Dr. Lauren prides herself on her reputation of providing compassionate, intentional, effective chiropractic care for everyone of all ages - especially the prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric population.

Christina Bonner
Christina is Golden Family Chiropractic’s onsite massage therapist. She is the owner of CMB Bodywork and Holistic Mama serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. CMB Bodywork offers various massage, yoga, and hot stone therapies. Holistic Mama is Christina's second growing business which offers support services for mother and baby. These services include a range of prenatal and postpartum services such as massage, yoga, and more.
In December 2020, Christina gained her certification as a Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) which allows for her to provide basic lactation support for the mother and breastfeeding couplet. Christina does many types of massages and bodywork, but her main focus is rehabilitative therapies, as well as prenatal and postpartum massage.
Dr. Lindsey Grom, PT, DPT
Dr. Lindsey Grom is a doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in prenatal and postnatal care. She provides onsite pelvic floor therapy sessions with clients from Golden Family Chiropractic. Dr. Lindsey grew up in New Jersey and attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. She graduated with a bachelors in Psychology, then furthered her education at Franklin Pierce University obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She began women’s and pelvic health training in 2018. Dr. Lindsey is a Physical Therapy Provider with Revelle Physical Therapy. She is passionate about providing quality care to women in one of their most vulnerable phases of life. Dr. Lindsey has a desire to help educate women regarding the importance of postpartum care - which includes pelvic floor therapy.
Dr. Lauren Golden has partnered with Dr. Lindsey to provide patients with prenatal and postnatal physical therapy care. Dr. Lindsey offers in-office appointments at Golden Family Chiropractic on Wednesdays from 9:00-12:00 and 2:00-5:00.

Paige Hendricks
Paige keeps Golden Family Chiropractic running smoothly with her exceptional administrative skills and friendly smile. As our office manager, Paige keeps us on track while balancing so many responsibilities - occasionally including child entertainer while parents are being adjusted.
Paige was raised in South Dakota and moved to Charlotte, NC four years ago. She is working toward a college degree in criminal justice while remaining passionate and eager to learn about women’s health and motherhood. Paige credits Dr. Lauren with being a wonderful teacher in choosing a more holistic lifestyle and understanding what the body needs to function at its best.
Paige strives to create an inclusive, happy and clean environment to welcome mothers and their families to Golden Family. It comes naturally as she spent many years babysitting and loves children. One of her favorite parts about working in the office is watching the babies grow and learn.
Megan Sullivan
Megan Sullivan lends her doula and midwifery experience and skills to many of our Golden Family Chiropractic patients in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Megan was born and raised in North Carolina and received her Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Following the home births of her two daughters, Megan was led to want other birthing people to experience the same natural, home birth experiences she had.
Her newfound passion became doula services and soon after a pursuit of midwifery. Megan is currently attending Pure Birth Midwifery School to become a North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). She is also pursuing formal certification as a doula and mentor through Birthing from Within.
