Milestones—What’s Normal, What’s Not, and When to Get Support

Every child is unique—but your gut matters.
Maybe your baby isn’t crawling at 10 months. Maybe your toddler isn’t talking yet. Maybe everyone around you is saying, “Don’t worry, she’ll catch up.”

And maybe your mama instincts are saying otherwise.

At GFC, we’re here to help you tune into those instincts—and give you the tools to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.

What Milestones Tell Us

Milestones like rolling, crawling, walking, and talking are all tied to how well the nervous system is developing. If there’s interference—like stored stress or unintegrated reflexes—your child might skip steps or struggle to reach them.

We use INSiGHT scans to measure the health of your child’s nervous system. These scans show us how stress is stored and how well your child is adapting to their environment.

What We See in Care

We’ve had babies who:

  • Crawled within a few weeks of their first adjustment

  • Went from toe-walking to balanced, integrated movement

  • Began babbling—and then talking—after releasing tension from key areas

These aren’t guarantees. But they are reminders that the nervous system needs safety and support to do what it’s designed to do.

Trust Your Gut. Let’s Look Deeper.

If something feels off, don’t wait in silence. Let’s explore it together—with science, heart, and zero judgment.
